Our sweet friend, Shelby, had her 4th birthday party at Build-A-Bear the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.
Since it is such a busy time of year for this store, they asked that we got there early to be sure we were in before the crowds arrived.
Most of the kids waited very patiently...
...except these two precious little boys.
They opened the store and everyone walked in in a straight line.
First, they had all the kids sit in a circle and do some activities while they passed out name tags.

After they chose their "bear", they colored while waiting for each kid to have their animal stuffed.
Carter decided coloring would be fun!
Each kid continued to wait...
...and wait...
...and wait...
...until it was their turn.
Carter thought attempting to climb in the bins with the animals would be more fun than picking one out to be stuffed. I am sad to say that he went home without a bear that day :-(
After their bears were stuffed, they gave them a "bath".
Finally, they picked out an outfit to put on their bear. They also got a balloon with a delicious cupcake attached to it.
