Aubrey's birthday party was a playdate on a Monday afternoon at Collins park. This is a great park with covered picnic areas and lots for the kids to play on. It made for an easy and fun party. For weeks I was praying for the weather to cooperate...it was forecasted to rain that day but in the morning it was nice and sunny...in the afternoon I was packing the car and the dark clouds started rolling in...we had the party with the sun peaking out behind the clouds once in awhile...the minute we had the kids loaded into the car to head home the sky opened up and it poured rain...it was truly amazing.
