We went to Dallas/FW for another family-filled weekend. Our first stop was to see Mema and Papa at the farm. Aunt Ashley, Anna and Graham met us there to have lunch and play for a little while. The horses are always good entertainment at the farm. Normally we just watch them run around and pet them but this time Papa took the kids for rides.Aubrey spent the most amount of time on the horse and by the end of the day she was able to handle the reigns all by herself.
Carter's turn on the horse. He is trying to show Papa something?!?!

Emery was extremely hesitant at first but we finally got her up on the horse for a quick ride.
Papa brought out a huge bag of food for the kids to feed the horses. They had the most fun trying to throw it over the fence so I'm not sure how much the horses actually got to eat while we were there.
Mike with Graham and Carter.

Mema came outside to enjoy the beautiful day with us for a little while.
That night we went to see McKinney High School play football. Uncle David, Mike's brother, is the defensive coordinator for the Lions. We watched the first half before driving from Rockwall to Frisco to spend the night at my brother's house. We did our best to help cheer them on to a victory!
